What is Flap Wheel
Flap wheel, also known as thousands of flaps wheel, chuck wheel, belongs to a coated abrasives, each product with hundreds of thousands of pieces of abrasive cloth bonded into, so named. It is based on alumina as abrasive, the base material is cloth base, which is made into emery cloth through assembly line, and then by the abrasive cloth layer and paste into the full resin. The two ends of the inner side of the sand blade are respectively provided with L-shaped buckle groove and fastening ring, and the fastening ring is fixedly connected with the buckle groove. The fastening ring is solidified and bonded with the buckle groove through glue solution, while the thousands of page wheel and thousand impeller are divided into straight groove and U-shaped groove.
