(1) Rotate the grinding wheel by hand before starting up, and check whether the grinding wheel is cracked, and whether the protective cover and other parts are normal.
(2) The workpieces that are too large or too long must not be grind on the grinding wheel. The workpieces must be stable, and the workpieces must not be ground with one hand.
(3) You must wear protective glasses for grinding, don't wear gloves, and do not cover the workpiece with cotton yarn or cloth for grinding.
(4) During grinding, the operator should stand on the side of the polishing plate, and must not operate the polishing plate. Don't allow two people to grind at the same time.
(6) When replacing the new polishing sheet, the main power should be cut off. The nut gasket on the shaft end must not be pressed too tightly to avoid fracturing the polishing sheet.
(7) After grinding, the power should be turned off. The dust accumulated in the dust cover should be regularly removed, and the spindle grease should be regularly inspected and replaced.
